Our appointments are 1 hour and 30 minutes. You’ll be greeted by a dedicated stylist, who will assist you in choosing from over a hundred exclusive dress options, in which to try on in a beautiful fitting area devoted solely to you and your guests.

We are by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins at this time. Appointments are complimentary, but a credit card is required to book your spot. If you do not show, cancel, or reschedule (by any method) less than 48 hours before your appointment time, our system will auto-charge a $100 fee.

To ensure a relaxed and personalized experience, we allow up to four guests per appointment. Frankie Jane enforces a no children policy. Though we love children, our boutique and appointment structure are designed to provide a calm and focused environment for the bride and her guests, and this policy allows us to offer the highest level of service to every client.

Our curated collection features designer gowns ranging from $2,500–$10,000, with the majority of our gowns falling between $3,000–$6,000. For our religious/modest brides, gowns begin at $3,000.

Our gowns are made to order, with a standard delivery timeframe of 16–24 weeks, depending on the designer. Rush options may be available for select gowns and designers for an additional fee.
